The Queensland Law Society has produced an Introductory Guide to the Legal Services Award 2010 which, together with new National Employment Standards, comes into effect from 1 January 2010. The new Award applies to all Queensland private enterprises in the business of providing legal services or legal support services. Our Guide aims to assist members in assessing the impact on practices and when these obligations commence.
