The QLS Excellence in Law Awards are an annual occurrence, recognising the exemplary efforts of Queensland's legal professionals and the exceptional skills, knowledge and commitment they bring to the practice of law.

Among the suite of awards in the Emerging Leaders Award, put in place to highlight the State's brightest upcoming legal talent. The award encourages and supports emerging lawyers, recognising a high-performing practitioner with outstanding leadership attributes and thirst for knowledge and improvement, with 3-10 years post admissions experience.
