Recruitment process

The recruitment process will begin once you have applied, and don’t forget to attach your cover letter to your application. Depending on the role and the amount of applications we receive, the application process can vary a little, and can from start to finish take up to 4 weeks.

You may be contacted to provide further information on your application, to learn more about you, and for you to ask us questions about the role.

Interview

If you have been selected as a good match for the role, you will be contacted to set up an interview and meet some of your potential new team members who have prepared to ask you thoughtful questions about yourself and your experience. This may also include inviting you back for a second interview to meet other team members.

You will be contacted to provide us your referees.
