Workplace Conduct Advisory Service (WCAS)

Eligible members may seek advice concerning complaints involving discrimination, sexual harassment or workplace bullying and the design of appropriate policies to deal with such conduct.

Eligibility

The eligibility to utilise WCAS is as follows:

  • individuals  who have experienced discrimination, sexual harassment or workplace bullying in the course of legal practice; or
  • sole practitioners, managing partners or legal practitioner directors of an incorporated legal practice dealing with the above issues where the practice has no more than 10 practice certificate holders.
  • must be a full QLS member.
  • must have a referral from QLS Practice Advisory Service or Ethics and Practice Centre.


Usage Limits

The service will provide up to 2 hours of advice to an eligible individual member or practice.
